The dorm setup can feel uncomfortable when you’re sharing, so I’d suggest choosing a room that’s the right size for your group. There were lots of mosquitoes, and watch out for the large dog on the first floor. The place is reasonably priced and the hygiene is okay. The staff are very friendly and kind, though they can also be a little nosy.
The bathroom has great water pressure, and the location near the ocean is convenient. The system is handy too. Inside, it’s nicely furnished, but the place isn’t maintained very well.
It’s fairly close to the beach, and especially worth considering if you have a dog. When you come through the door, there’s a big dog there to greet you, along with barley and biscuits.
