Busan Tourist Busan is well placed for getting around, with bus stations and lots of good restaurants nearby. Busan Tower is also only a short distance away. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. I had a wonderful stay, with outstanding service, and would definitely come back.

The building is bigger than the newer hotels, and there’s a little space for street parking. It’s an older hotel in a busy tourist area.

The worst part was being told they were full and that they wouldn’t refund our money. Customer service was poor. We’d traveled for over 14 hours and expected to rest, but the room was so grimy and badly lit that we left right away and had to find another hotel late at night. The dark carpet and rock-hard beds made things worse. We were afraid to even open our suitcases in case something crawled inside. Stay far, far away.

The location’s actually decent, with the shopping area, Busan Tower, and the street food market all walkable. But the bed was really bad, and after staying two days I found fleas in it.
