They left us out on the street at night despite our booking and payment, then said they were overbooked. We explained we had nowhere else to stay, but they didn’t care or try to help. They showed us a preprinted notice in English with five other guests’ names for that night, which makes it seem this has happened before and is routine. Buyer beware.

We’d booked through Agoda weeks ahead and paid in full, but when we arrived at 8 pm they told us they were overbooked and couldn’t accommodate us. Buyer beware.
