The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and our room was clean and tidy. The staff were nice too. The night-shift male employee was especially helpful when we asked him to order fried chicken. He patiently explained the differences between brands and recommended some flavors.

We had a family suite, so the room was quite large. The washer and stove are only available for long stays, though. During my check-in there was a Malaysian staff member who was really friendly and nice. The hotel should give her a raise. Housekeeping was inconsistent: one day the room could be very clean, another day the cups weren't washed and hair was left in the bathtub. Guests can use the microwave on Level 3 for free.

The staff were so nice and upgraded our room when we arrived! The location is handy too, with lots of stores nearby and Pochas, the pop-up stalls selling food and alcoholic drinks, right outside at night. I'd come back. Just remember there are several different hotels in the same building, and reception is on the 3rd floor.

The building is a crowded 23-floor complex shared with many service providers and brands. There are only two elevators, so waits can be long, especially at busy times. The market-like area has a strong, unpleasant smell, and taxis can't drop you right at the entrance. Arriving or leaving is inconvenient, particularly with large luggage or family members who have limited mobility. Our sleep was interrupted when the room's motion sensor light kept coming on in the middle of the night. One staff member kindly taped over it so it wouldn't light up, and we appreciated his help. Checkout was unpleasant. We asked to leave our luggage, but the front desk staff gave us just one tag for three bags and told us to fill it out, attach it, and decide where to leave them ourselves. The small lobby was already crowded with no clear storage spot. When we asked for more tags, he said to “just leave it as it is,” communicating through Google Translate. Bring your own towel. The one provided smelled and was full of bleach. Overall, the building conditions and general service didn't meet expectations, though that one staff member was helpful. I hope management improves the organization, accessibility, and customer service.
