The fitness room was a nice extra during my five-night stay at Crown Harbor Hotel Busan. My room was clean, housekeeping came daily, and the complimentary water and tea were replenished each day. For the price, it was good value and I'd recommend it to people visiting Busan. The bathroom layout could be better. There was plenty of walking space, but I would've preferred that space to be used to separate the toilet, shower, and sink. Booking.com also didn't show the bathroom clearly, which would've been helpful to know beforehand. I would've liked a smart TV in the room, too.

I spent six weeks here on a business trip. The rooms on the main street side could be noisy now and then, and the hotel's fire alarm went off on two different evenings. It was like an annoying, distant beep and didn't feel safe. The WiFi in my room never worked, even after I reported it twice. Service for long-term guests wasn't accommodating. I had to make extra requests and pay extra charges for many basic needs. That needs improvement.

I was turned away at 9:15 when breakfast supposedly runs until 9:30. The person at the door only shook their head, without a word or explanation, and the attitude was awful. If you like being treated like a joke, this is the place for you.

The room was a good size, the bathroom was convenient, and the beds were decent. Breakfast was decent too. A couple of things took figuring out: the hot water controller is above the table between the beds, and it needs to be on for hot water. I first mistook it for the AC thermostat. The AC itself has to be switched on with its remote.

Good value, with spacious rooms and courteous staff. The location worked perfectly for me, with excellent bus links. It had everything I needed without any frills.
