The front desk was rude and not helpful at all, and the rooms looked like they needed a proper cleaning. The staff could use more hospitality training. If they can't answer a basic question like where to do laundry, they could at least offer to look it up for guests.

The rooms looked worn and dirty, nothing like the pictures. A few things were especially unacceptable: there were no shower towels, just old, stained hand towels; early check-in cost quite a lot; and the toilet had no lid, which is disgusting when you think about bacteria spreading around when you flush. And just dirt everywhere.

Before we even got into the room, we saw a flood of hair and a toilet that had been peed in. The floors were dirty, and practically nobody came to clean.

Room 201 was huge, almost like a one-bedroom apartment, though it didn't have a bathtub. There was a balcony, but the view wasn't much. It also had a microwave, air fryer, grill, and induction cooker, handy for families who like making late-night snacks themselves. The official website photos matched what we found. We were exhausted and hungry after a long day, so we didn't take any pictures. Getting there was easy, a 5-7 minute walk from Exit 1 of Huaming Metro Station, and they had convenient luggage storage. The bedding was comfortable and soundproofing was excellent. Toiletries were good quality, housekeeping was proactive, and the room had plenty of charging ports. There was also an LG antibacterial wardrobe and an air purifier, which suited a bit of a clean freak like me. Breakfast was simple, toast, jam, milk, orange juice, and oatmeal. The choices were limited, but enough to fill us up, and there was plenty of bottled water. It would be better to have a separate wet and dry area. The air conditioner and TV use the same remote, and we struggled to work it out. The counter staff knew we were foreign tourists, so it would've helped if they'd explained that ahead of time.
