Felix by STX Hotel & Suite

The location made getting around easy, right by Exit 7 at Haeundae Station, with plenty of shops nearby and a small restaurant downstairs that stays open 24 hours. I had a room on the 14th floor and really liked the balcony view. I stayed for two nights and loved it.

The client left after just one night, without breakfast, and moved to another hotel. We had booked a Premier Family Suite for three people, but the room was far smaller than the pictures on both the hotel and supplier sites suggested. They also couldn't get anyone to answer at reception or room service despite calling repeatedly. The supplier tried to reach the hotel for four days and only got through on the fifth. We booked for check-in on November 1 and check-out on November 3, under provider confirmation 908580674 and supplier confirmation TX-25799. The hotel apparently isn't willing to refund the full amount, and we've already lost a valuable client over the service, or really the lack of it. It's shocking. Our agency made the booking for them.

For a business trip, this place is a good deal. The rooms are large, with a kitchen and washing machine, and they're quiet, clean, and everything works. There are no frills. The subway is right underneath the building, plus there's a movie theater and convenience store. It works well if you want to stay around Haeundae and need to get to Centum City.

Getting to the beach takes about five minutes, and the station is only two minutes away. The rooms feel modern, clean, and comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious and really nice. The elevators are the one drawback. Sometimes it feels like a ten-minute wait, and then they stop a lot before reaching your floor.
