Funwave guesthouse in Haeundae

The kitchen was nice, and I could use the washing machine and dryer for free. The owner was very helpful, and honestly this was the cleanest hostel I've stayed in. It was a little cold, but there are heaters you can switch on, and the heated blanket helped at night, so it wasn't a problem. Thank you ♥️

The location is excellent, and there are some good practical things here: the bathrooms were okay, there are plenty for women but not many for men, you can leave luggage in the common area, and laundry is free during certain hours. The sleeping setup was really rough, though. The beds were extremely hard, like the floor, and I kept waking in pain and turning over, both in the double room and in the dorm we moved from. They creak so much that any movement wakes everyone. The dorms are incredibly small, with very little room for large bags.

The staff were very friendly and had good suggestions, and I really liked the kitchen, with its nice snacks and coffee at a very good price. The location is great too, near Haeundae beach and market, with lots of cafes and food nearby. There’s no elevator, and the shared room was a little small, but manageable for two nights. I had a wonderful stay at Funwave guesthouse, with great value for money. Thank you.
