Grand Josun Busan

The hotel is lovely and perfectly placed in the best area of Busan. Breakfast was good. We were looking forward to the pool, especially since the weather was cold and the beach wasn't an option, but it was closed for construction. We were given free sauna entry as compensation.

The pool was a big highlight for my family of four, including our two kids under six. Both indoor and outdoor areas were amazing, and the children loved it so much we squeezed in one more swim before checkout. The outdoor pool had a fun, resort-like feel. The kids' room we chose was well worth it, too. It was comfortable, clean, and made traveling with little ones easy. Laundry facilities were simple to use and convenient for a family stay. The location is great for Haeundae Beach and nearby restaurants. The lobby and common spaces were clean, modern, and well kept. Staff were polite and helpful without hovering, and the elevators were quick, which helped with the kids and luggage. The parking garage was the one real downside. It's small and can feel tight, especially at busy check-in times compared with U.S. standards. Once we were parked, the rest of the stay made that easy to overlook. We had originally booked somewhere else for our four days and three nights in Busan. Then, on our first evening at Haeundae Beach, I walked past Grand Josun. It looked majestic, and I had no second thoughts about giving up the other booking. It just felt like, "take my money!" No regrets. We checked in the next day to an ocean view room, and the view was breathtaking. It made me feel so small in this big world. The room was clean and well equipped, and the staff were always on hand and really helpful. Thanks to them. We were traveling with kids, and the facilities on the Josun Junior level came in handy. The location felt strategic and safe enough that at night we left the kids in the room while we strolled along the beach. Shops were right outside the door, with the beach just behind us. It's a real royal kind of hotel. We were sad to leave, but we'll be back!

We had a lovely stay with the kids at this luxury hotel. It's a short walk from Haeundae beach, the traditional market, Busan X the sky, and Mipo station for the beach tram and capsule ride. The infinity pool gives you a beautiful beach view, and there's also a good sauna, indoor pool, and gym.
