The hotel was clean, looked new, and had lovely design. The staff were especially friendly, and the beds were comfortable. There’s a great TV, plus free use of a washer and dryer. They also provided water, coffee, sweet potatoes, eggs, and face masks at no cost. The quiet location was handy for getting around by metro, with shops and restaurants close by. A few things could be better. Room service is by request, and it still didn’t come after I asked in the morning. There was no toilet paper when I first entered the room. The bed lamps felt loose, and the charging cable was broken. The sink area could use a shelf for cosmetics and a light over the mirror; a shower splash guard, indirect TV lighting, and a full-length mirror in the entrance area would also help. I couldn't control the heating myself. The washroom, including the appliances, needed a more thorough clean.

The place felt more like a hostel than a hotel, and it seemed very old. I had chosen it because of earlier reviews, but was disappointed. You have to tell reception if you want the room cleaned, and the elevator serving the eighth floor wasn’t working. The included breakfast was something guests had to prepare themselves. I wanted to cancel as soon as I arrived, but there was no refund, so I stayed despite that. It’s also down an alley.

Clean and hygienic, with a breakfast buffet in the morning. Very good for the price.

Breakfast was simple, but filling, and a nice little extra :) The room looked better in the photos. That mattress was so uncomfortable, like a hospital bed in the worst way. I'm surprised no one else seems to mention it.
