The reception team made a strong impression: they were attentive and friendly, gave me the information I needed, and got both check-in and check-out done quickly. I only stayed one night, but the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location worked really well for getting around. The room was fairly simple, though the price made it excellent value. I left with a better impression than I expected and would stay again. I’d also recommend it to friends or family looking for good service at a reasonable price.

The gym is better than I expected for a hotel, with enough equipment for a proper workout. Staff were friendly, and there are convenience stores, Shinsagae for shopping, and the metro nearby. My room was small but clean and had good amenities. The lifts, though, can be painfully slow, so sometimes the wait feels endless.

Having a convenience store and several restaurants inside the hotel made things easy on nights when we didn't want to head back out. The location is right in the middle of Haeundae, which made exploring simple. The room was clean and looked well cared for, though it was a bit small. It's a comfortable, practical place to stay.

For a business hotel, this worked quite well, and the price was reasonable. It’s close to BEXCO Center and public transport, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and even two Starbucks just around the corner. There’s also a local cafe on the Ground Floor, where hotel guests got some discounts during my stay. The property isn’t new, so the shared facilities show the usual signs of age. Still, I had a pleasant stay.

The room was in excellent shape, and the location was very convenient. Staff were generally pleasant, but their loud laughter and animated personal conversations sometimes made it hard to relax. I think that could use a little more attention. Aside from that, my stay was satisfactory.
