I had a great view from the 27th floor, and the room setup suited me, with a balcony, basic kitchen facilities, and a washing machine. It was very warm inside, so I slept well even in the cold January weather. The hairdryer seemed broken and wouldn't work. The place is about a seven-minute walk from the subway and roughly the same distance from Haeundae Beach. It's close to a busy area but wasn't noisy. I had a few issues after checking in, but got helpful replies when I asked online. Dropping luggage off early is allowed. After checkout, though, storage is only available in the paid lockers on the first floor, and they felt expensive: 7000 won for four hours, plus 4000 won for going over by an hour.

The room was comfortable, and the soundproofing on the 29th floor was good. Luggage storage is available before and after check-in and checkout, with post-checkout storage on the 10th floor. The rooftop pool costs extra for guests, and the coffee shop wasn't open.

I was disappointed to pay so much for such a miserable stay. The website advertised Japanese-style mattresses, but I ended up having to sleep on a sofa bed on the balcony. I booked a sea-view room and could barely see the sea, and the rooftop swimming pool couldn't be used. The landlord seemed incredibly dishonest. The hotel name was deliberately hidden across different platforms, with huge price differences that seemed designed to rip off tourists. I absolutely don't recommend it.
