Hostel Single Single

The proprietor was incredibly nice, and the kitchen was open around the clock. They had tea, coffee, bread, butter, and jam available. WiFi was quite good by world standards, though not especially fast for Korea. This was my favorite place during a month traveling around Korea and Japan. It felt ideal for a solo traveler, with spotless rooms and a good common area. The shower was the best I had on the trip, and the firm bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was great during the 90-degree heat. It’s a short walk from Busan station metro stop, with exit 1 closest. I was really happy there.

I’ll book this place again next time I’m in Busan. It was clean and comfortable, just a five-minute walk to the train station and subway, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast had toast and cereal, and the coffee machine was excellent, stocked with high-quality beans.

The hostel master was lovely and explained everything I needed when I arrived. The shower and toilets were clean, and never crowded. Free coffee and breakfast cereal were a welcome touch too. It’s a handy location, roughly a 10-minute walk from Busan stn, and the stay was super easy. There’s also a coin laundromat near Hotel Single Single called Ssok Laundry cafe. I’d definitely recommend it.

I could store my bike in the lobby or in my room, though there are stairs and no elevator. After checking out, they let me leave the bike box there until evening, with no hassle. It’s a bike tourer friendly place, and I’d stay again if I’m back in Busan. The location is great, a couple of blocks from China Town and a five-minute walk to Busan Station. The host really tries to make you comfortable and offered recommendations for getting around. The place was spotless and welcoming. My private room used a mixed shared bathroom on the 2nd floor, while the all-girls bathroom was on the 3rd. The common area is on the 4th. Coffee, cereal, and juice were free whenever you wanted, and I made good use of them. Thanks!
