I can’t come up with anything positive about this place. The photos are misleading. My room was filthy and falling apart, the water stank, and the facilities were badly outdated and left with grime from previous guests. There was hair and dust, plus water and even urine on the bathroom floor. The luggage policy is real, as several reviews say. There was a sign at reception, and an angry older man enforced it without caring. I decided I wasn’t going to drag my suitcase around for 15 hours or leave it outside like other people reportedly had. I know street robbery is uncommon in South Korea, but this is a hotel. That’s not acceptable. I just booked another hotel. You should too.

I’ve been to over 50 countries, and this was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The photos look fine, but the service was awful. Guests have to leave their rooms from 8:00 a.m. until 23h00, even if they’re staying for several days, and they must take their things with them. We arrived to check in at 7 pm, but were told to leave and come back after 23h00. When we checked our phones to find somewhere to go, they told us to get out of their sight, right then. They said there was no toilet we could use from 8 am to 23h00. And so on.

👎👎👎 This was the worst hotel stay I’ve had. It was extremely dirty and smelled bad all the time. We booked five rooms for four nights. Check-in is at 7 pm and checkout at 11 am, and you have to check out each day or pay an extra 20k won. There’s no proper luggage storage, so lots of guests leave their bags outside. The staff were unfriendly and didn’t speak English well. Hairdryers were in some rooms but not others. The toilets were rusty and smelled so bad I wanted to leave immediately. There were no bed sheets, only a mattress protector, and a small hand towel was passed off as a bath towel. The linen was dirty. We thought there was a bathtub or jacuzzi, but the toilet area was in such poor condition that we never used it. For a water dispenser, you have to walk to the next hotel. The rooms are spacious and could be good if maintained properly. On my last night, the terrible smell kept me awake, especially on level 9. Never stay here. It was awful.

I booked five days and was put in a random room instead of the one I reserved. That’s when I found out I had to check out and check back in at 9pm every day for the rest of the stay. I’d already paid for the whole booking, but they wanted more money under a rule they hadn’t clearly explained and that wasn’t advertised on Agoda, where I booked. It was labeled non-refundable, yet I didn’t get the room I’d booked, and nobody had made clear that I’d need to keep checking out, checking in, and moving to random rooms even after paying for several days. There was nowhere to keep my luggage except around the hotel, at my own risk. In practice, I’d paid to sleep a few hours each night, then leave with my things and check in again as if I’d never been there. If I wanted to stay in the same room and leave my belongings there, I’d have to pay a “continuous stay” fee, even though I’d checked out after the previous night. I couldn’t rest or shower there before 9pm. They only allow overnight stays, and staying on with your things apparently costs extra. This feels more like a brothel setup for one-night stands than a hotel. Why not charge the full price upfront and set a different rate for one night? The unclear extra charges seem designed to draw people in with a cheaper price and then trap them with a “continuous” fee. Since there are no refunds, you either keep checking in and out with all your belongings, pay nearly double to avoid the hassle, or lose your money and book somewhere else. Most people won’t expect this from a normal hotel and may only find out too late. This place is clearly scamming people. When I raised problems, the staff conveniently didn’t speak English and kept telling me to sort it out with Agoda. Agoda tried to contact them, but they never responded. I wouldn’t recommend it even for someone wanting just one night. These problems spoiled my time in Busan and caused needless anxiety. Avoid this place at all costs!

The room was dirty and disappointing, especially the bathroom. There was rust everywhere, the bathtub was heavily stained, and the toilet needed manual flushing and refilling. The place had no basic supplies at all, not even cups, hand soap, or tissues. There were exposed electrical outlets. The towels and bed were dirty too, and there was loads of hair inside the blanket, hidden under a fresh duvet cover. The stay began badly because the older man at the front desk had a poor attitude and didn’t seem to care about guests. I’ve stayed at other inexpensive Korean hotels at similar prices, and this one was far worse. Please stay somewhere else.
