The only real drawback was the curtain, which didn't block out the light. My kids used eye masks to sleep. Otherwise, this was great value for the location, with amazing space, and I'd recommend it to friends. We had a four-person room with a living area, sofa and coffee table, which worked well for our family. It's right in downtown Nampo-dong. We stayed in room 504, and the noise was bearable. They cleaned the floor trap every day, so we had no trouble with flooding water like some others mentioned.

We had a very poor stay. Staff were rude, and one warned us not to call for help after 11 pm because service was only available during office hours. So don't expect assistance outside those hours, even if something the hotel provided isn't working properly. The room's door light was so sensitive it switched on whenever we used the bathroom. There was no bathroom door, though there was a separate door for privacy while bathing and using the toilet. We weren't sure where to put our clothes when bathing, and we kept being woken when someone used the toilet. They also wouldn't keep our luggage after checkout.

The room was modern and well equipped for wine, coffee and tea, and it was spacious too. The location was handy, close to Nampo station and across from Lotte Mall. After checking in on Level 7, we were shown to our rooms and got a tour and helpful instructions for some of the modern gadgets and key features.

The room was huge, new and really nice, and Nampo subway is about a minute away on foot. My only complaints were the lack of hooks for towels or clothes in the shower cubicle and the pretty loud aircon.
