Breakfast was decent, with plenty of choices, and it never got crowded. The location is fantastic too, only a 15-second walk from the beach, with restaurants and convenience stores close by. My room was quiet, with no street noise. But the room wasn't properly cleaned. I could see dust and hair in the bathroom. The heating and air conditioning also felt badly managed and outdated. The units looked really old, and I wouldn't be surprised if there was mold. Someone on my floor switched on the heat, which shut off the air conditioning for the whole floor and left my room unbearably uncomfortable. Staff moved me to another room, but its city view was disappointing, and I got neither compensation nor an apology. For a hotel that presents itself as upscale, the comfort and cleanliness weren't acceptable. I won't be back and can't recommend it.

The beach views from the windows and the location are beautiful. There's a 7 eleven and other convenience stores close by. One drawback: the air conditioning depends on the season. It was spring when I visited, so we couldn't use it, but we could ask for a fan.

I barely slept in the hot room, which had no airflow. They told us the air conditioning only runs in summer. The staff didn't seem interested in helping when we arrived, and the rooms were cramped and uncomfortable. The shower floor was dangerously slippery too. It was a horrible one-night stay. The place looks flashy in photos, but in person it felt cheaply put together and uncomfortable.

We left some jeans and shorts behind, and the hotel never contacted us or helped with any way to get them back. The service was horrible, the worst we've seen anywhere in Asia, and I can't recommend this hotel. The rooms are really dark, and the elevator is right at the seafront spot, which is a strange design.

Guest services were top notch and the room was great. Parking is limited, and my only complaint is that the beds are a bit hard. There may be music outside, but it stopped at 9:30 pm. Otherwise, it was perfect.
