At around 10,000 won a night, Kim's house feels like a good deal, especially since there's plenty of space and the place is tidy. Our bedroom had three double bunk beds, so you may be sharing with other guests, though everyone was quiet and it was easy to keep to yourself. It's set up well for a short stay while traveling around Korea or visiting Busan. Women and men have separate rooms, and there are two bathrooms, plus a shared living room and a kitchen with a dining table. The place is very clean and thoughtfully arranged.

The price is hard to beat, and I'd happily stay here again. Our four bed dorm had comfortable beds and the AC worked well. Mr. Kim welcomed us, showed us around, and pointed out the big living room, recently updated bathrooms, and large kitchen guests can use. The location was handy too, just a short walk from the subway, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby and easy access to the rest of Busan.

The lounge has a low floor table where people can sit together to eat, talk, or have a drink, and there are two internet connected computers if you need to get online. You can also put valuables in the coin lockers, though I think they charge a small fee. Towels are supplied, with a sign asking people to stick to one each. It was very clean, but the bathroom grout could use a serious pressure wash. With everything so damp and humid, I can see why keeping mold away would be difficult. The bathrooms each have a shower, and the kitchen is roomy enough to cook or store food in the fridge. The owners are kind and give you a quick tour when you arrive. There are two bunk rooms, one with blue bedding and one with pink, and the beds come with a cozy sleeping bag style cover and a small, comfortable pillow. How full the room is depends on the night. Sometimes there are hardly any other guests, and sometimes every bed is taken. It's very close to the subway and a convenient, good value place to sleep for a couple of nights while exploring Busan. I probably wouldn't choose it for every night of a longer stay.

It's easy to feel at home here. The owners are friendly and shared helpful tips about Busan, and free Wi-Fi is included. The location is close to both the subway and a bus line, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around. There's a ladies-only bunk room, a mixed dorm, and a private room with a door. Two shared areas include a floor seating lounge and a kitchen, plus a little indoor balcony where two people can sit. There are two bathrooms and small lockers nearby for valuables. They provide an electric kettle, microwave, towels, hair dryers, toothpaste, and soap. Great price.
