The location is the strongest point, and the lobby and property were clean and spacious. Our large room had a sensible layout, with the bath, toilet, and sink in separate areas. It felt modern with the wooden floor, and there was plenty of room with comfortable beds. There was tea, coffee, water, and a refrigerator, but amenities were otherwise sparse, and even a toothbrush cost extra. Storage was limited too, with no place to set a suitcase, which was inconvenient with larger luggage. The front desk staff were capable and professional, though they didn't show the warmth or attention to detail I associate with Japanese hospitality. It's a good fit for a short stay when space and location matter most, less so if you expect lots of amenities or thoughtful service.

We stayed in a junior suite with an ocean view, and the room was spacious and had so many amenities that we hardly needed anything else. Check-in was smooth and the room was ready. The hotel is right in one of Busan's liveliest areas, with plenty of places to eat and a Seven 11 on the ground floor. Breakfast was a buffet with a view and a wide range of choices. Great place and location.

The hotel is right across from the beach, and a great marketplace is just down the street. We had a comfortable king-size bed and a room that suited us perfectly. They also have free luggage lockers, so you can go explore while waiting to check in. Highly recommended!

The rooftop pool is lovely, the AC worked well, and we found the bed really comfortable. We also liked having the sink outside the bathroom, with the shower and toilet in separate areas. We asked for daily room cleaning and they did a great job. The entrance is easy to miss since the check-in lobby is upstairs, so you have to take the elevator. The mood is relaxed, and the beach with the Haeundae sign is right across the street. There's a 7-11 downstairs, plus lots of lockers for luggage before check-in. The night market is walkable, and Spaland is a short taxi ride away.

The hotel itself was okay, but check-in left us feeling completely unwelcome. Lily C was rude and unfriendly, and that really damaged our impression of the stay. Paying over US$136 a night to be treated disrespectfully was upsetting. I wouldn't recommend the hotel.
