We had a quiet, clean, adequate room on the fifth floor, and the motel was more comfortable than I expected. There’s a lift, so hauling big bags upstairs isn’t an issue. The bathroom was clean, though there’s no divider between the shower and toilet, so the whole floor gets wet when you shower. Keep that in mind if it bothers you. It’s about a ten-minute walk from Samyeon station, with plenty of food choices on the way and two convenience stores three minutes away. A decent, comfortable place for two nights.

For the discounted price, the basic facilities were much better than at any guesthouse, even though it’s a MOTEL. There’s no closet, which is the one downside. Everything else was perfect.

It had the usual motel basics: Wi-Fi, amenities, and a clean, quiet, inexpensive room. The owner was friendly and explained things to me even though they don’t speak Japanese, and the front desk smiles were lovely. It’s a little way from Seomyeon Station, but easy to find in the motel district. Since it isn’t a business hotel, though, there was a slightly unpleasant sense of uncleanliness.
