The staff member’s rude way of speaking and reacting really spoiled my mood. I called to report it and never even heard an apology. That’s not acceptable. Is this South Korea or North Korea? This is the first time I’ve left bad feedback. I’ve stayed in hotels, hostels, guest houses, and other places in more than 50 countries. Some were clean and some weren’t, and I’ve sometimes had misunderstandings with staff. I can usually accept that without getting angry or leaving a bad review. I’ve also visited plenty of countries where people don’t speak English, and they still treated me well and tried to understand what was going on. So don’t excuse this by saying he doesn’t speak English.
