OSOSO

You get what you pay for. The front desk staff were kind, at least. Once the floor heating came on, though, the room got really hot and the floor started sizzling. We wanted air conditioning in November. The bathroom hadn’t been maintained: the shower didn’t work properly and the toilet was clogged.

Don’t trust the photos online. This place is worse than a typical motel, and I’d find somewhere else even if it costs a little more. The lobby is the only part that looks nice. I showed them the photos, but they didn’t apologize at all. They only offered to cancel the reservation, which made it seem like they already knew about the problem. It feels like they make a few rooms look good for Instagram ads, while the rooms guests actually get are dirty and poorly maintained. I absolutely do not recommend staying here.

Getting around Busan was easy from here. The place was clean, and the staff were really friendly. For what it costs, it felt like very good value.

The room was comfortable and clean, and getting around was convenient. Ososo Hotel is well located and reasonably priced, so I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a good stay without spending too much.
