Shire Hotel

I booked in a rush because it was cheap, but it reminded me why I said I’d never stay in a motel again. The room stank of cigarette smoke, and somehow there were mosquitoes even though it was only May. The water pressure and soundproofing were both major problems. At least the computer was decent, so I had fun gaming.

The bathroom is separate from both the room and the entrance. It felt inconvenient at first, but I’ve come to like having it there. I stay here when I’m going to Sajik or Yeonsan, mostly because the rates are cheap. The facilities feel average, like an older building that’s been remodeled. Also, I suddenly have to mention this chicken place. I ordered from Twin charcoal & wrap? through Baemin and it was so chewy, in a good way. The boneless chicken was really tender, and the portions were huge!!

The computer is honestly the only good part. The place feels old, and the bedding stayed just as dirty even after they cleaned it once. The window screens didn’t work, so I had to keep the windows shut and the room felt stuffy. It was hot, so I turned on the air conditioner, but then I kept coughing, which isn’t normal for me. Don’t come here, it’s terrible.

The accommodation itself is average, but the PCs are close to what you’d get at a PC café. The mouse, keyboard, headset, and chair are all great, and the computer specs are decent too. Gaming fans will probably be happy.
