The room was roomy and clean, and the staff spoke good English. They were helpful when I had questions, too.

The location was the only thing I thought was okay. The room was extremely dirty, as though nobody had cleaned it, and the towels looked unwashed. Toiletries in the little bottles weren't replaced after we used them, so we had to ask. Staff, especially one male employee, were often impatient and had a terrible attitude. The surroundings and facilities were nothing special, and the price wasn't especially cheap. It felt more like a hotel than a restaurant.

Being close to Seomyeon Station is a real plus, and you can leave your luggage there. The staff speak English, there's an automatic lock, and the elevator is there, though it's small. The room is basic and only average in cleanliness, with a neighboring apartment building right outside the window. The air conditioner smelled damp and moldy, so I wouldn't want to stay here in midsummer. Fine if all you need is somewhere to sleep, but not really suited to a hotel stay. I guess that's how it is overseas.

There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which is handy. The place itself is clean and orderly inside and out, with good amenities. It's in Bujeon-dong, Busanjin-gu, Busan, about a three-minute walk from Exit 12 of Seomyeon Station on the Busan Subway, so public transport is easy to reach.
