I've stayed here twice. The location makes getting around on foot easy: Jagalchi Fish Market is just around the corner, Lotte mall is a five-minute walk, and BIFF is across the street. The room was spacious and very clean for Korea, with a great city view, and the bed was unexpectedly comfortable compared with other places I've stayed in Korea. Staff are friendly, though not everyone understands English well. Breakfast was my only real complaint. There's not much choice for 15,000 KW per person, and eating in the lobby feels awkward. A partition might make it feel more private.

It's a quiet place, with only a few rooms on each floor. The north-facing rooms have a nice view of the mountains. The hotel is very close to the train station, buses, and Biff square. The bathroom is quite large for an Asian hotel, and the room was nice too. The TV has plenty to choose from, and the air conditioning works really well.

The hotel is right by the BIFF Square (Busan international film festival) marketplace, with everything nearby, including a shopping mall about an eight-minute walk away. We also had a great free breakfast at the hotel. Check-in was smooth, the front desk staff were amazing, and we got into our beautiful room quickly. One downside was the lack of a closet. There was just a hanger area for jackets. When you get to Korea, I'd recommend Naver Map, since Google Maps can be confusing and doesn't work as well here.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was clean, roomy, and well maintained, with a comfortable place to relax. The hotel is easy to get to and close to lots of restaurants, which was handy for exploring the area. It had the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, and I had a great time there. I'd recommend it.

After a disappointing stay at Busan Central Park Hotel, we booked this place straight away. The staff were lovely, the room was clean and well maintained, and it had all the amenities. They even let us check in early for free. Best hotel in the middle of the city.
