We had an ocean view and set alarms during our three-night stay so we could wake up for the sunset. For me, that view made up for the small inconveniences of an older hotel farther from the main tourist area. It's about a 20-minute walk there, but I didn't mind, since the neighborhood is calm and the walk along the tree-lined street is beautiful. There's also a bus stop about three minutes around the corner, and the front desk clerks were incredibly kind and helpful.

The room was good for the price, and check-in was easy. Otherwise, it was great, but the hot water didn't work very well and the bathroom water pressure was really low.

The front rooms on higher floors have the best part of this basic, reasonably priced Busan hotel: the view, which is incredible on a clear day. It's peaceful, though a bit far from the center around Haeundae beach. The rooftop isn't anything special, and the staff were nice. A good stay.
