The Coolest Hotel

The rooftop pool has a nice view, but the water is very cold, and the bar area beside it was dirty, with old towels left out. The breakfast room wasn't open, common areas smelled, and the place is starting to look run down. It felt like there was hardly any staff. We stayed four nights and our room wasn't cleaned once. We asked for someone to come clean, but don't think they did, since they didn't even make the bed. This feels more like a rentable apartment or room than a hotel. If all you want is an okay room with a nice view and a really cold rooftop pool, it might be fine. If you expect service and a clean place, go elsewhere.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to give good service. Our room was clean and comfortable, and its beautiful view made the atmosphere even more relaxing. We had a really pleasant time and would happily stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying here. The design has a cool surf feel, and the neighborhood is calmer than central Busan. There were local cafes and shops close by, and it felt like a hidden gem away from the crowds. The beachside walk and the trail alongside the train were great too.

The view doesn't make up for the rude staff and poor management. I've stayed in more hospitable B&Bs and hostels. Would I return or recommend it? No, and that pretty much sums up our experience. We found a used capsule at the dirty coffee station when we entered the room, a black handprint on the window, and odd splashes on the inside surface. There were rust marks on several door hinges and a broken tile by the rooftop pool. The pool water wasn't warm enough to be comfortable, and nobody used it during the three days we were there. The gym was closed for maintenance. Staff were rude, and one reluctantly explained the TV to my 70-year-old father. For a hotel that's only been open two years, it seems badly managed.
