We rented the apartment by the day for two weeks in June, paying $1,350. It’s in a calm, pleasant area on the outskirts, near the beach, IKEA, and outlet malls, though it’s a bit far from the city center. The apartment was new, nicely furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The manager was friendly and helpful, and responded right away whenever we needed something or asked to have the faucet fixed or cleaned. There weren’t any decent gyms nearby, so we had to take a taxi to one in Haeundae. The gym downstairs had too little equipment and wasn’t very functional. One other thing I’d change is the living room sofa, which was quite uncomfortable. A more comfortable one would make a difference.

We’d stay here again. The apartment was very nice, and being on the top floor gave us a pretty epic view. WonTae was a good manager and brought us what we needed when we needed it. The location works well for nearby things, but it’s far from the rest of Busan.

Sangmi made our stay a wonderful experience. Everything was tidy and clean, and there was a lot to do in the area. I’d highly recommend it if you want plenty of things to do nearby.

We’re a media business team and spend a lot of time on the road, so we’ve stayed in our share of good and bad hotels. The way we were treated here was so far outside anything we’d experienced that we decided to write a review. The building is very old, and the rooms were dusty and smelly. Service was practically nonexistent. There was no front desk, nothing like that, just a residential building. If you wanted the room cleaned, you had to go track someone down like you were on a quest. And the way we were handled when we were moving in was something else...
