Cockroaches were crawling all over this guesthouse, and there were lots of them. I caught one and gave it to the owner, who acted like this was normal, lol. The weekend rate was 70,000 won, but the place felt worth only 20,000-30,000 won. It wasn’t just one or two bugs, they were everywhere. Please be careful. Someone had already posted a cockroach review on Naver. It looks to me like the owners wrote the positive reviews.

The staff were friendly, but staying here felt oddly uncomfortable. Our room was labeled as a spa, yet the facilities were out of order and the tub worked only as a regular bathtub. Then the spa plug came off and debris got into the water we’d carefully filled. We felt helpless. There was one towel per person and three bottles of water for the room, with no drinks or simple snacks. Don’t count on a morning snack or breakfast. We paid the full extra charge for two children, but were given just one bed with a thin duvet, so it was hard to sleep comfortably. At the same price, I’d probably choose somewhere else next time.

The room has a tub, shower, toilet, and separate sink, plus a comfortable sofa and an electric blanket on the bed. There’s a styler, and I go through five or six bottles of water. The hair dryer cord seems a bit old, and the charger doesn’t work properly, which is inconvenient. Parking has an automatic door at the entrance. By the first-floor elevator there’s a coffee vending machine, a coffee bean machine, and an ice dispenser. There’s also a microwave by the counter.

It was clean and seemed just right for a comfortable day of rest. The pension-style romance wasn’t really there, but the bathroom layout was great: the toilet, shower, and whirlpool are separated, so someone can use the bathroom without getting in the way of a person showering.
