The bed was incredibly comfortable, but quite a few things in the room felt worn. The shower floods the bathroom, making it easy to slip, and the mirror has marks along its bottom edge. The desk chair was also badly worn: its fake leather was torn, and I could feel the bar underneath when sitting on it. There weren't many power outlets, and my room had none by the bed. I only found three hangers, and there was no iron or ironing board. Asking for an iron and extra hangers was a struggle. I told the front desk I needed an iron at 8 PM, but at 9 PM I had to go down and ask again. I thought they'd bring it to the room; instead, the staff member asked when I needed it. I said I'd needed it an hour earlier. The front desk staff didn't speak very good English. The hotel is a little out of the way, with few nearby places to get food. There's a Starbucks about a 10-minute walk away.

I went in October, and the room was freezing. When I called the desk, they just said they'd checked the heater and it worked. Seriously? I had to spend the whole night cold, then complain again the next morning. They apologized and gave me a coffee, but that was about it. If you're after a cheap night, maybe it'll do. I'd rather pay more for better service and a decent room.

The hotel is clean, with very modern interiors, and the location is handy: it's right behind a bus terminal, close to the train station, and easy to reach from the main road if you're driving. I gave it four stars because the staff didn't seem very familiar with the hotel's services. They charged me an extra fee for a three-person room that I had already paid for, and couldn't explain why. At other hotels I've stayed at in Korea, continental breakfast was usually free, but here it cost $12 per person.

The decor was nice, and everything was clean. A taxi ride from Changwon Station takes about 10-15 minutes outside rush hour.
