They ignore complaints and don't respond. When I asked to change rooms, they wouldn't do it, and they delete negative reviews.

Everything else was fine, but the phone charger didn't work properly. I was shocked to find hair under the bed. It looked like nobody had cleaned there.

The place is affordable and good value. The surroundings are dated, but it's kept clean, and the heating and cooling work well.

The bed wasn't comfortable, and the bathtub was too small. Mr. Son's sink was broken and wobbly.

My TV and styler broke down. I called, and they said they'd come to my room to fix them. Ridiculous.
