The ocean view was a real letdown. There was only a sliver of water, with construction buildings in sight too. I booked after seeing the ocean-view listing on the accommodation app, so that was disappointing. Nearby Jinhae Marine Park is a plus, and there were several tents beside the hotel, though I worried they might be noisy. They stayed quiet all night, thankfully. The narrow hallway had guest room doors left wide open while cleaning, plus a cleaning cart parked there. I’ve never seen a place operating under the hotel label clean like that. This feels more like a motel.

The large TV with Netflix was a nice touch, and I enjoyed watching my favorite shows. The interior also feels clean, perhaps because the building is new, though sound carries a bit too easily. Check-in is through an unmanned kiosk on the first floor, so having no staff there actually makes the process simple. I’d come back.

The area around it is just average. It's a motel by a small beach, and while it was fairly clean, the cleaning missed some details.

The quiet fishing village setting was lovely for an overnight stay before boat fishing. Sampo Port, the one mentioned in the song, is also not far away.
