The hotel made my Hallasan hike easy to plan. For a small fee, they drove guests to Seongpanak early in the morning and offered a pickup at 4 PM. There were also rides to the airport at 6, 7, and 8 PM. Everyone was friendly, and the arrangements went smoothly. I stayed one night to visit Baekrokdam and was very satisfied. I’d recommend it to anyone hiking Hallasan.

The staff were really nice, and the food was okay. But the air conditioning only worked as a heater and was stuck at 30°C. Sleeping in that was horrible.

I won't stay here again. Most of the lobby staff had a poor attitude and couldn't manage basic communication in English. The worst part was that I paid cash when I arrived, then they charged my credit card at checkout.

We had a pleasant overnight stay before an early flight. The hotel is handy for the airport and sits on one of the main shopping streets. Our Princess Room was on the top floor, with a little chandelier and plenty of space, though the bathroom felt tight. Communication was harder because the front office staff weren't very comfortable speaking English.

The rooms are roomy and comfortable, but the front desk service was really disappointing. Staff answered our questions in a very impatient tone. The hotel's service staff need to improve their language skills.
