The owner said that a similar problem had happened just a few days earlier. Even so, when a toilet malfunction flooded a guest room in August 2025, staff didn't respond right away and the guest had to mop up the floor with a towel. The guest's request to move rooms was refused. Now the owner is asking for monetary compensation, saying the guest was negligent because furniture got wet. With such poor facility management and response, and the risk of a safety accident, I find it hard to recommend this place.

The spacious room and Styler massager were fantastic, and the location is great. It's the best value for money, and I plan to stay again next time I'm in Cheonan.

The location and room were excellent, and the room condition was decent. But the reservation app listed cup ramen and coffee beans as available, and neither was there. When I asked, the staff member seemed uninterested, which left me a little uncomfortable.

The rooms are very clean and in excellent condition. The hotel is about 600 meters from Cheonan Dujeong Station. Sometimes no staff member is at the counter, and I'm unsure how friendly the staff are.

The parking lot is excellent. The facilities are clean, and the self-service kiosks make visiting convenient.
