I chose the weekday VVIP Hinoki room mainly for its bathtub, and the tub's interior and cleanliness were excellent. At 185 cm, I could stretch my legs out fully. The bed cushions, feel, and scent lived up to the hotel's reputation. The shower and bidet toilet were separate, the amenities were nicely arranged, and both shower pressure and drainage were reasonable. There was no freezer compartment in the fridge, but it had a good selection of bottled water and drinks. The bathroom had two rolls of household toilet paper, and there were plenty of towels for a half-bath. Japchae Room 801, on the eighth floor, felt fresh inside and in the air, as you'd expect in a new building. A Himpel ventilation fan in the ceiling let me control airflow with a remote, keeping the room fresh throughout my stay. It was so quiet I couldn't hear any noise at all. I booked one weekday night through the Yeogi Eottae app. Check-in was at 5:00 PM and checkout at noon the next day. The listed rate was 80,000 won. After a room discount of 1,100 won and a Yeogi Eottae coupon worth 8,000 won, I paid 70,900 won using Toss Pay. I'm currently using Toss Prime, which gave me 2,834 KRW in cashback. Parking is available both above and below ground, with room for around 20 cars and an electric vehicle charging spot. On the underground parking level, self-service washing machines and dryers are in the elevator waiting area. To check in, I picked up the key and a printout with the key number at the kiosk beside the front desk, while a staff member explained things softly. The lobby has free desktop PCs, a multifunction printer, bottled water, and a coffee machine. I liked that guests could take the free ramen to their rooms. At other places I've stayed, they wouldn't let you take lobby ramen upstairs, so this felt like a real bargain. The hotel is close to the Cheonan Intercity Bus Terminal, and Cheonan Station is an eight-minute drive away. There are plenty of basic amenities nearby, and I'd definitely stay here again when I visit Cheonan.
