Rexhotel

The area is quiet since the hotel is tucked inside. The facilities are getting old, but everything is kept neat. At night, though, the bathroom makes a loud noise, possibly because it's connected even when it isn't being used.

The owners' warmth is what made this place stand out for me. They were so kind, and my foreign colleagues also said this was the most memorable and satisfying hotel from our business trips. I'd gladly come back to Cheonan and stay here again, and I'm grateful to both owners for making us comfortable. The meals they cooked themselves were everyone's favorite. They weren't fancy, just thoughtful home-style food that tasted delicious. I also loved having a big bathtub in the room, which is unusual at this price. After work I could soak in hot water every day. This was the friendliest hotel I've ever stayed in.

The sound carries badly between rooms, and the noise next door made it hard to fall asleep. I also slipped and fell on the bathroom floor, even though it wasn't slippery. The AC looked new, but had a strong mold smell when switched on, so I think summer could be difficult. There were some good points too. The tub was relaxing, and ramen was available for 1,000 won, with free coffee and water. The room had two queen beds and was a comfortable size for our family of four. It was a little dated and had been remodeled, but was clean and well looked after.

We came from Mexico, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. They gave great service, spoke English, and even tried speaking Spanish with us.
