Gloucester Hotel Cheongju

Hi Gloucester Hotel Cheongju, I need an invoice for my hotel stay to make a claim. How can I get in touch with the hotel? Could you provide an email address? Thanks

The rooms felt like 2-star quality, with cheap beds. The bathroom and shower were okay, but not great, like a 2-star motel. The parking lot is far too small for the size of the hotel, and you might wait 15-20 minutes for your car. Check-in and the front desk were okay, nothing fancy. Breakfast is listed as 7:00-10:00, but the last entry is 9:30. Nobody told us, so we arrived at 9:35 with all our luggage and weren't allowed in. I thought that was pretty stupid, but what can I say? And Gloucester? What a terrible hotel name. The shower amenities are just as cheap.

I picked Gloucester Hotel because I wanted to explore Bokdae-dong, with its stylish mixed-use buildings and unusual skywalk-style overpasses crossing the roads. The hotel made the trip comfortable, with clean rooms and attentive service, and I could enjoy the city at an easy pace. Hyundai Department Store, Gwell City Mall, and CGV cinema are all within walking distance. Getting to Cheongju Express Bus Terminal, Cheongju Airport, and KTX Osong Station is convenient too.

The standard room is small, but works for one or two people with little luggage. The hotel is easy to find on gmap and naver map. Not every staff member speaks English, but they do try to understand what you need. Breakfast was very good and cheaper than a regular meal outside. The 15K won buffet is surely less than one big burger at McD.
