The pool is amazing, on another level from pools at other places, though it closes early at 6 PM. We spent two nights and three days here; the price was reasonable, the owner was friendly, and that table for eight beside the caravan was really convenient. The caravans are a bit old, but fine for eating and sleeping, and they’re good value. The bedding and service felt hotel quality. There are bugs around, but that’s hard to avoid, and I don’t think they’re blaming the resort for them. With river water sports in summer, it would be odd if there weren’t valet service. The all-you-can-eat BBQ was great, though the refills weren’t as good. The owner and staff were all friendly, but the management team at the pajji wasn’t especially friendly. The pajji prices are reasonable, cheaper than other pajjis, though it also feels less friendly. The resort and pajji are run separately, which leads to a lot of shortcomings. Aside from the caravan facilities, the place is excellent overall, and the boat rides are more fun than the other options. Highly recommended.

The river is so close, and the view is beautiful, especially with that amazing mist over the water. The deck is there, but from the gravel area you’re even closer to the river. There’s a dining table, too, so the sites feel more spread out. My husband usually says two nights is too long, but after staying here he said he could do two nights, so I think he liked it. Our child could play ball, and there’s a pool. I do wish the bathroom were a little cleaner. The sink water doesn’t get hot, though I didn’t use the sink myself, so I’m not sure.
The location is quite remote, but the sites are roomy, with plenty of space between campsites, and the swimming pool is large. I heard that water skiing and wakeboarding are inexpensive. The pool maintenance was a bit disappointing, and I also heard the women’s restroom could be better maintained. Still, it’s comfortable enough to enjoy a relaxing stay.
I had a great time on the crushed stone area. The deck, though, was really old.
The pool is huge and the kids had a great time in it. The staff were very friendly, and they even let us take a boat ride for free. After a rough first day in the caravan, I still felt it was decent value, and I’d strongly recommend booking a villa if you’re traveling with children. We’d booked the caravan for two nights, but with a child along, having no shower inside was inconvenient. The shower room was a bit far, inside the shared women’s restroom, and felt spooky enough that I didn’t want to go in. I wiped the floor and bedside shelf with wet wipes, and was horrified by how much grime came off. It looked like it hadn’t been mopped for a month. The next day we paid extra to switch to a villa. It was much better value, and we could have a barbecue and campfire there.
