The owner is friendly, and there’s a walking path nearby plus a convenience store just 2-3 minutes away. For the price, it’s good value if you only need a place to sleep, especially with the bathhouse in the basement. If the state of the facilities matters to you, though, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

There’s practically no soundproofing, you can hear someone talking in the next room. The long-haired woman at the counter reminds me of Francesca, and she was unfriendly. I found hair in the fridge and dust and trash under the bed. Even in midwinter, the hot water takes a long time to come through.

I can’t say anything about the rooms since I didn’t stay there. In the hot springs, the women’s bath involves going down more than 10 stairs. The men’s bath looks like it’s from the 70s or 80s, and there’s a strange smell in the bath.

The new towels had some unidentified hair stuck to them. How are they washing these? They didn’t feel fresh at all.
