For 50,000 or 80,000 won, both room options are good value. I stayed in the 80,000 won room, which was extremely clean and had a firm queen bed, a small fridge, and an area to hang clothes. There was also a personal work computer and a 45 inch TV. The bathroom and toilet were spacious, with shampoo, soap, toothpaste, and other basics. Slippers were provided for each part of the room. The only thing I’d change is the dim lighting. It’s within walking distance of Camp Walker (Army base), and the train and bus station is a few blocks away. The staff are friendly and do their best to communicate in English. Highly recommend.

The bed was so hard that I had trouble sleeping, and the room remote took me a while to figure out. It’s in Korean and controls the lights, TV, and air conditioning. The shower is right beside the toilet, with no divider between the shower, sink, and toilet area. Rooms are small and dark, but clean, and you can smell the cleaning products. They provide the basics for a short stay, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, small towels, and sandals for the shower and room. The staff are eager to help and offer free translation. Camp Walker (Army base) is within walking distance. It looks a bit like a love hotel, though it’s actually a business hotel. For the price, it wasn’t bad.

Lol, the free breakfast was just toast and tea. My room had a short, and the light came on whenever the mini fridge’s coolant compressor kicked in. It was cheap, but I wouldn’t stay again.

There’s a subway station two blocks away, but the hotel is far from the train station and central Daegu. The hotel itself was okay, nothing special.
