The owner was incredibly friendly and kind, and speaks Japanese, which made me feel comfortable as a Japanese guest. I stayed for two nights, and the place was clean, stylish, and well maintained. Shampoo, towels, and other amenities were provided.

The staff were polite and kind throughout my stay, and I appreciated all their help. I booked by phone, and it was useful that they could speak Japanese. The facilities, tour, and area were all perfect. If I come back to Daegu, I'd definitely stay at Daegu House again.

It had just opened, so the facilities were really clean, and the prices were reasonable. The rooms have bunk beds, plus a private shower and toilet in each one. Shampoo, body soap, and towels are supplied, and the ondol heating keeps the room warm and cozy. Make sure to stop by if you're traveling to Daegu!

There's affordable, clean lodging in downtown Daegu, with well-kept gardens right in the city center and sightseeing and dining nearby.

The location is right in the middle of Dongseong-ro, so getting around, parking, and finding food are all great. But the shared area is in the basement, and cooking isn't allowed. After coming back from a trip, I got the feeling someone had been in my room, which was unpleasant. Even a host entering a guest's room seems rude.
