The bed has a heated mattress, which was nice. There weren’t any disposable slippers or toothbrushes in the room.

It’s cheap and well located, so it’s passable if you only need somewhere to sleep. But after what happened that night, I was furious at how the staff pushed the responsibility onto me in a situation that could have turned dangerous. Two couples were fighting during the night. In the early morning, one very drunk couple was hitting each other, throwing things, and yelling in the hallway. I called the front desk because it was loud and someone could get hurt. An employee came up and told them to go inside and fight there. The man was out of control, shouting for the other person to come out and talk, but the employee just went back downstairs. The fight kept going, so I called again right away. They told me I should speak to the couple myself. I said I’d rather call the police than get involved, since I didn’t know what trouble I could run into. Only then did staff come back upstairs. They made evasive comments about having said they’d call the police if the couple didn’t go inside, while the couple banged on the wall and yelled for them to come out. A lot of strange people seem to come here.

The place feels like an old motel from the 80s and could use remodeling. The toner and lotion are really cheap, too. It was cold because the floor heating wasn’t working, and they were relying on an electric heater. Not good.

I’ve never seen anything this bad. It was worse than I could have imagined, and the unfriendly reputation seems deserved. I don’t want to go back.
