Pretty good for what it costs.

I finally got some sleep after going down to the first floor at midnight. They said they'd switch on the roof heater, and the chill went away. But I was cold again in the morning, and when I asked for the heater, they said the power was down and they couldn't turn it on. The underfloor heating, which they said was installed, was broken and didn't work properly, and the electric blanket they provided was broken too. The floor was so cold I couldn't sleep. My call at midnight hadn't gone through, which is why I went downstairs. I was there for one night on a business trip. If you want to catch a cold, stay here. I hope they inspect the heating systems properly and reduce guest complaints.

We felt at home in this brand new, very spacious, clean room, which had everything we needed. The staff were so friendly that they even helped us book a hotel for the next few days. There's a secure place for bicycles and a small breakfast included. Wi-Fi and air conditioning both worked perfectly. Restaurants and supermarkets are just a 3-minute walk away. I highly recommend it.

I was on a cycling trip, and the stay was expensive, unfriendly, and unpleasant. I don't want to go back.
