The indoor parking is spacious, so parking and getting in and out are easy even in bad weather. The owner is incredibly friendly, and there are lots of amenities. The neighborhood has plenty of restaurants and pojangmacha (traditional Korean food stalls), with a lively, youthful feel and lots of conveniences nearby. Whenever I’m in Daejeon for business, I stop here for a night. For a one-night stay, the amenities and value are excellent, though of course it doesn’t compare with a luxury hotel. I slept really well here. Even with all the lively restaurants and entertainment spots downstairs, it was relatively quiet. There are toiletries and a toothbrush, and water and drinks are unlimited. The pillows were comfortable, and the mattress was firm without being overly hard. The bathroom has a vintage feel. Water pressure was a little weak, though there was hot water, and the bathtub took a while to fill. In the afternoon I saw some loving couples. There are dozens of places in the area, and this one turned out pretty good.
