The staff made me feel so well looked after. I'm an American visiting from abroad, and they went out of their way to help me understand the language. It's one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in. If you need somewhere comfortable in Daejeon, Korea, this would be my number one choice. I'd love to come back.

There are lots of shops and places to eat nearby, and the hotel is right across from Daejeon bus station. The hotel is just okay, nothing especially memorable, but it does the job if you're staying a few days.

Getting here is easy: Hotel Sunshine sits right opposite Daejeon Terminal Complex, so you can cross the street after arriving on a deluxe provincial limousine bus. A local bus stop is near the entrance, and supermarkets, convenience stores, cafés, restaurants, and bakeries are close by. It's suited to both tourists and business travelers. The beds were clean and comfortable, with extra pillows. The bathroom has a separate tub, a new handheld shower and a rain shower, plus a full-function hair dryer. There wasn't an iron in the room.

There's a wedding convention hall here, and its location means lots of couples hold their wedding ceremonies at the hotel. It's also the closest hotel to Daejeon express bus terminal. If you're beginning a tour from Daejeon, this could be a good choice.
