The spa sits above a little canyon river, with a special view, and the natural spring water makes it a real highlight. The hotel is beautifully decorated and well kept. For the price, it feels like four-star quality, especially for somewhere outside a big city or tourist spot in Seoul. It would be lovely to visit in summer or winter.

The scenery and food were a lucky find during my stay here on March 22, 2024. The hotel is quite close to the border, and though it feels secluded, the natural surroundings are beautiful, with the Hantan River and a lovely mountain road. The room was attractive and well equipped. Breakfast was basic, just rice, seaweed soup, and a few kimchi sides, but it tasted good.
