There’s no such thing as cheap and good here. I got lured in because it cost less than the places nearby, walked out, and ended up booking somewhere expensive. I should have looked into it as soon as I called. Don’t go.

It’s a guesthouse, not a motel, but the price is motel-like and the facilities are guesthouse-like. The place smelled of cigarettes, the front door was broken, the bathroom light was out, and more than half the fridge was empty. I asked for a refund but only got part of it, and they charged me 5,000 won to use the toilet. At 40,000 won on both weekdays and weekends, it doesn’t seem especially cheap. Maybe 20,000 won would be reasonable. Pine City Hotel is good. I’d spend another 10,000-20,000 won for somewhere better.

The room and bathroom both smelled bad, and the place looked nothing like the Agoda photos. It had the feel of a motel from the early 90s. I’d run out of options, so I booked it in desperation. They say it was remodeled, but it seems they only painted it to make it look decent. The photos deceive customers.
