Soaking in warm water and looking out at the sea was wonderful, especially if you enjoy a hot soak. The pension is right in front of Hapyeong Beach, which connects to Sacheonjin Beach. I booked a sea-view room in Building A with a jacuzzi. The bedroom did feel a little damp, perhaps because the jacuzzi is right beside it.

We had the pool to ourselves on a lovely spring day, and it felt like heaven. It was my first trip with a baby and my first time staying in a pool villa with one, so we played in the pool and took lots of photos. I had a hard time packing with all the extra luggage, but I was so happy. It was cheap since we went on a weekday in the off-season. I’ve just checked out and am having the Americano and another cake covered by the cafe coupon they gave me. ㅎㅎ

The spa was amazing. The tub is so wide that even 10 people could fit if they crouched down. I opened the window and enjoyed it while watching the rain over the ocean, and it was better than a Japanese hot spring. It’s nothing like pensions that just haphazardly install a jet tub. I’m staying here now, and the room is incredibly spotless, almost like a brand-new building. The owner must be very particular about cleanliness. The bedding has a crisp, dry hotel-like smell, with no bleach odor at all. Every dish is meticulously washed without a speck of dust, and the bathroom is immaculate.

The owner and staff are friendly. There’s a spa pension along the same stretch, with another pension behind it that has its view blocked. A cafe with a great view is right in front of the quiet beach.
