The staff were really friendly and helped me despite my not knowing Korean. I also liked the room's unusual feel and decor, which stood out from most hotels. It's an easy walk of just a few blocks to the beach, and the neighborhood is known for its soondubu restaurants.

The owners were very nice, and it was a convenient place to stay. The room was well cleaned and nicely designed. Had a good time.

The room felt dark, and the overall atmosphere was too dim for me. It seemed like the bathroom and sink were together in one room. They say you can cook on the veranda, but it's so small that it isn't usable when it rains.

I’ve been to Gangneung a lot, and this time I feel like I finally found a place I’d happily return to. The owner is kind, and even though it isn’t right on the sea, the location makes getting around convenient. It isn’t perfectly spotless and some facilities aren’t perfect, but I’d stay here on future trips.
