I came back because I’d had good memories here, but this time was really disappointing. The breakfast sandwiches used to be one of the two things I was most satisfied with, but the quality has changed. They weren’t very friendly either, and now everything I liked seems to come with an extra charge. I don’t see a reason to return, and honestly, sandwiches of that quality would be better left off the menu. The whirlpool used to be free with a glamping room, but now it costs an extra 30,000 won. I also asked about using the outdoor heater for a BBQ in below-zero weather, and they said they hadn’t started operating it yet, but there would still be an additional 30,000 won fee. There were photos attached of the heater and the current and previous breakfasts.

The room was so small that once I unpacked my suitcase there was hardly any room to move, and the barbecue table sat too low with uncomfortable chairs. I was also charged for charcoal and the campfire, but only given the materials, so we had to light it ourselves. It took an hour to get the fire going, which felt unacceptable. The worst part was when my child hurt their hand at night. I went to the front desk for medicine, but the staff member on duty said they couldn’t give any out because they weren’t allowed inside the office. I’d never run into anything like that before. This is the worst accommodation I’ve stayed at on my travels.

There are lots of places to stay here, from glamping and condos to villas, and the resort works for couples, families, or even groups of several families. You can get food and drinks, and there’s a movie theater, so there’s plenty to do. The views are beautiful, and the many facilities are easy to access. There’s a shared heated pool, with private pools in some rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful, and you can get here by public transport or private car. We hope you make some lovely memories.

Once I got there, the inside and furnishings were spotless. The bedding was clean and had no smell, so that gets a passing grade from me. Getting there for the first time on country roads was tricky, and carrying luggage up the stairs was a challenge. Accessibility also varies depending on the color. There aren’t shops nearby, but there is a convenience store where you can pick up most things. Check with them before bringing fruits or other items. The setup is great for music while having a barbecue and bonfire. The staff were friendly and got everything ready, and breakfast was a clean, tasty Korean meal. I especially liked the seaweed soup. After dinner, I walked the nearby trails to help digest, then checked out. I left with fond memories of the resort...^^
