The duplex layout works well for two people, more than for a family, and I liked the value since the price wasn’t too high. It isn’t especially clean, but the owner is friendly and the pool is roomy. Heating the water costs an extra 30,000 won, which still makes it affordable. There’s a spa too, so you can relax in the pool and work out. There aren’t good walking spots close by, though there’s a little stream right next door for a leisurely stroll.

We were four, including our two children, and the baby bumper unfolded into a comfortable cot for us. The building looks old, but inside it was clean and well maintained. The kids enjoyed different things, one in the pool and the other in the whirlpool. The beds weren’t perfect, though the bedding was clean. I’d definitely come back.

The owner was really kind, and I got a good rest and had fun. The room itself wasn’t in the best shape, but the bedding was clean and didn’t smell, and the pool water was clean too. Since it was rainy and buggy, they made sure we could barbecue by the pool.

The one nice thing was hearing the stream through the window in the sweltering midsummer heat. That’s about it~!!! I was shocked when I got to the kitchen and saw a rusty knife. Was it even meant for cutting food? The Naver photos and the fake social media pictures... be careful. I can’t say much else, really. Think twice before going, and consider another place in the same area. I’m leaving one factual photo instead of the other pictures. For better ones, check other people’s photos lol.

The owner is friendly, but the place is showing its age. I’d pick somewhere newer, even if it costs the same or more. As other reviews mention, the soundproofing is a concern, and keep in mind that older rooms may smell.
